of Creation
Many experts and leading thinkers consider that
our world, and certainly humanity , is facing an Ecological and Social crisis. This
can be viewed either as a very negative and gloomy situation or as both an opportunity and adventure for humanity
to begin the journey that requires a Great Turning.
Our
meeting will reflect on the latter and look at the three dimensions of this
Great Turning -
Actions to Slow down the damage to
our environment,
Look for alternative Structures and
Social Changes
The Need for a Shift in
Consciousness.
Our
Meeting will be informed by reflections and readings from the great Faith
Traditions and a 30 minute Video The
Great Turning with reflections
from Joanna Macy the renowned Eco-Philosopher
